My goal this year is to lose at least 40 lbs. That being said, Im trying to use a favorite resource to help me out. I failed at using it once because I never really got into it. But this time, I think that I am going to really put my all into it.

Im TIRED of being tired!

SparkPeople is a great resource for helping you in your journey to lose weight. They have exercise trackers, nutrition trackers, groups to join, blogs to write in, articles to read, and points to earn. There’s so much there it’s almost overwhelming!
