Freezer Meal Favorites

You know already that I like to cook freezer meals. I’ve had some people asking me what my favorites are, so I thought that I would put them up here.  

• Islander Pork Roast
• Crockpot Cranberry Pork Roast
• Parmesan Paprika Pork Chops
• Farmers Casserole
• Ham and Potato Pockets
• Taco Soup
• Lasagne (my own recipe)
• White Chicken Chili
• Spicy Honey Chicken
• Ranch Chicken
• Mexican Unstuffed Shells
• Chicken and Chilies Casserole
• Poblano Chile Enchiladas
• Eggwhiches
• Corndog Muffins

These are the ones I use quite often. They are linked so that you can go straight to the source and get the recipes. A lot of these are great for winter cooking. I really like the crock pot meals because they dont take much effort to make and are so delish!  

Some other ones I like but dont use as often:

• Pumpkin Cheeseball
• Broccoli Casserole (Great for holiday meals!)
• Apple Pie Kits
• Gingerbread Waffles/Pancakes (I hadn’t seen the lemon whipped cream before, but it looks great!)
• Pumpkin Coffee Cake

I get the majority of my recipes from Onceamonthmom.com, tho there are some other sites in there. I hope to try out some new recipes soon and as I do, I’ll try to get them posted here.
